Todays meeting 11th Feb 09

Hi everyone,
I just want to run through a few things after today's meeting, firstly it was disappointing that not everyone could make it, especially at this important time in the development of the book. Subsequently decisions had to be made and agreed by those who did attend.
As Joe and I discussed last week, the book title is now definately 'Grim Tales'.
The contents page is being designed and put together by Lindy and Rachel and the acknowledgements page at the back of the book is being put together by Bess. As such Bess has asked that everyone, e-mail her the details of their pages, such as title, author, and medium used, so expect an email from her imminantly. Please bear in mind that these pages need to be worked on fairly quickly, so your speedy co-operation is appreciated.
The task of producing a collage for the centre pages has been undertaken by Liz and Joy, their brief being to come up with a collaboration of everyones work. I must stress that this is their project and they will use everyones artwork as they see fit to suit their design. I ask that everyone give them their full backing in providing anything they need. They will bring a couple of designs to the table before anything is set in stone. Again they will be working to deadlines so please assist where you can.
Finally, there are still a few peoples designs outstanding, over a week after the deadline. It has been agreed that all pages MUST be handed to Richard by Friday 13th Feb. If we were working out in industry we would have failed the deadline but we have tried to be fair by giving another week. As such any work not handed in by Friday will not go into the book.
